About the project:

Our client is a company that supplies commercial lines submission, underwriting, rating, policy issuance, and data reporting and analysis solutions to the property and casualty insurance marketplace.

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced developer, who will be responsible to design and develop new and modified features for all project's rating systems. This position includes new product development as well as support for legacy systems.

Position requirements:

• Math aptitude required
• Experience with C# programming
• Experience with Delphi programming
• Experience with test-driven development
• At least three years developing apps in the Microsoft stack
• Proven knowledge with Azure and other cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data migration processes to successfully upgrade version 1 and 2 customers to new version as available
• Design and develop custom software functionality for clients, based on service requests
• Design and develop new functionality for systems as defined by product management
• Assists in researching and evaluating software tools to support emerging business needs
• Develop integration processes to agency management systems or carriers as needed
• Create web services as needed.
