Our project is a unique web-based system that provides information flow between all participants of the insurance market in the United States. It is an innovative approach to traditional processes, automating the storage, processing, and exchange of information, which greatly facilitates the work of insurance agents and brokers.
Supported by a team of skilled software engineers, Appulate is uniquely positioned to marry technology, distribution, and insurance products to fulfill the needs of the insurance industry for years to come.

What You'll be doing:

• Gathering, analyzing, and coordinating client requirements in English.

• Creating technical documentation based on client requirements.

• Working with English-language resources, searching for information.

• Processing large datasets.

• Collaborating within the development team: presenting requirements, consulting with colleagues, participating in team meetings in Russian.

What we’re expecting:

• Must be conversational Russian and English.

• Good understanding of software development processes.

• Analytical mindset and ability to search for information and structure it.

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Will be a plus:

• At least a year of relevant experience (As Analyst in Software Development field)

• SQL knowledge with ability to work with CTE, understanding of temporary tables, MERGE construction, working with stored procedures

• Experience with Python or PHP

• Experience with Git
