We are seeking skilled and motivated technical writer to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and maintaining detailed user documentation (wiki and Help Center) according to business and system requirements
• Creating a clear and consistent copy for the interface (UX writing): error messages, settings, hints, tutorials, onboarding, emails, etc.
• Using Google Analytics to analyze content results and customer engagement
• Collaborating with the product team to improve current UX

Who You Are:

• Advanced English is a must
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing in the IT field is a must
• Higher education in Linguistics, Marketing, or PR (preferably)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and convey information in a clear and coherent manner
• Strong understanding of documentation strategies, knowledge management and best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with managing teams would be a plus
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Snagit, Wrike, Figma would be a plus
